How Storybook Weddings Work

Chapter One is Submit Your Inquiry: your preferred month or season, your estimated guest count, the collection you are drawn to, and your vision. If a released Storybook Wedding date is currently unavailable, the Priority Date List keeps the conversation open.

Chapter Two is Choose Your Chapter — once availability is confirmed, you select the Storybook Wedding collection that best aligns with your vision. Chapter Three, Secure Your Date, reserves your celebration with a signed agreement and retainer.

Chapter Four is Share Your Details. Raediant selects the venue setting for standard Storybook Wedding dates, develops the design direction, confirms enhancements in writing, and directs the ceremony flow.

Chapter Five is Let the Story Unfold: final guest count is due 10 days prior as outlined in your collection timeline, and you obtain your marriage license and required documentation and bring your legally required adult witnesses.

Chapter Six is Celebrate Your Storybook Wedding — the day itself. Couples arrive ceremony-ready. Guests are welcomed at the scheduled arrival time only, so the design reveal stays intact. We guide the guest flow, ceremony, and styled details throughout the celebration.

Chapter Seven is Receive Your Storybook Gallery, when your professionally captured images arrive as the lasting record of the celebration.
